Warmest felicitations in God's Holy Name!
In the previous days when the tournament started, there were delays and cancellations that were experienced by our participants that causes inconveniences especially on those team who had waited for more than an hour for the match to begin. Putting more fire on the situation is the internet problem experienced by the tournament manager in-charge on that time. With this situation, many participants were disappointed on how it all happen during the tournament.
On behalf of the management of SVentures Gaming which is the official sponsor of the Philippines DOTA 2 Cup, we would like to give our sincerest apologies to all teams and participants who were affected of the delays and cancellation. With our goals to implement international standards tournament event, this is not one of the ways on how a tournament should be run. Rest assured that everything we experienced in the previous days will serve as our lesson in the future and I will now monitor personally all tournament events. As an answer, we will be establishing a new feedback system that will serve as a way of monitoring the professionalism of the tournament manager in-charge of the match and know the current performance of our tournament. With this feedback system, all our participants will have says on how we will mold our future tournaments. Also, expect a bigger event and new rewards program to all our loyal participants that will be announced and implemented this May once we finalize our offer to different partners.
